Hello, I purchased a license last month and used it by entering the license key. But when I tried to use it this month, it said that I don't have a license and I'm using a free license. They say that if you want to use it unlimitedly, you need to upgrade it. I paid for it as a one-time purchase, but is it a subscription type? What the hell is this...?

I completely understand your frustration, and I am so sorry for the confusion and panic this has caused! First, I want to reassure you that your license is absolutely a one-time purchase for lifetime access. It is not a monthly subscription, and you do not need to pay again to upgrade.
The issue you are experiencing usually happens if your browser's cache was recently cleared, or if you switched from using the tool in the Chrome browser to the Figma desktop app. When this happens, the local data is cleared and the system simply "forgets" your license key, which makes it look like you've been downgraded to the free version.
Regardless of why it disappeared from your end, your original key remains completely valid and reusable. Please try re-entering your license key to unlock your unlimited access again.
