The conversion keeps stopping midway through - I have Pro

Hi there, I have the pro feature, and for some reason, today, all my conversions are pausing early in the conversion. It is the first time this has happened. Any ideas?

Can u check if this issue happens after closing the file and re-opening and then trying again.

If this continues, probably something in slide 10 (or) slide 17 is causing this issue. if you are able to recreate the slide that's causing this issue and able share some details on it, I can debug and fix it from my end. Thank you for raising the issue.

Jinson Johny Thanks for the tip. Yes, I pulled out the frame with an issue and rebuilt it. Unsure what the problem was, but it worked.

For anyone with the same issue.

Each time it paused, I pulled that slide out of the frames
I ended up with 5 faulty frames
I then used a frame that was fine and rebuilt the faulty frames using that as a base
Then it worked, no issues!
