Purchased the same but asking for FigmaId and Subscription key

Hi i purchased this plugin Order ID:EG4fCvPXx4TS1JwoLI33zQ==
Order date:Jan 13, 2026 but now when i try to export the frames its asking to pay again. When i paste the key it says "Both Figmaid and licencekey is required"

Hi Kaveen, Sorry about that. Can u paste a screenshot of the error here pls? Also can u try opening in the browser version and trying it there?
